Realspace was founded in 2009 with eleven listings in Beşiktaş. We have grown by referral since, because the number we quote is the number the market supports — and we show you the evidence either way.
OUR STORY
Sixteen years in one city, learned street by street
We started as two agents working the streets between Akaretler and Etiler, walking every building we listed. That habit stayed. Today the team covers eighteen districts, and we still refuse to list a property we have not stood inside.
We also work with international buyers every week — title deed checks, tax numbers and currency transfers handled in English, Arabic or Russian, with one advisor from first call to deed office.
